Business Coaching
Business coaching can have a dramatic effect on the performance of individuals and in turn on organisational success. Whatever size or sector of organisation, coaching can transform results, effectiveness and culture.
What is Business Coaching?
A business coach acts as a sounding board; challenges thinking; stimulates creativity; provides tools and techniques for dealing with situations; gives encouragement; and builds confidence. The coach has the client's interests at heart, has no agenda other than the client’s and is always on the client’s side. Together with building a good rapport this creates a working partnership based on openness and trust.
As a result of the coaching experience, people develop their potential and apply it productively in the workplace. The more they practice their new skills, the better they get. Experience shows that people tackle bigger challenges with more confidence and skill; and achieve better results for their organisations and for themselves. And because coaching is an investment in your people's capability, it pays back year after year.
Our Approach
Our coaching programme will help you:
- explore your current situation
- clarify where you want to be
- identify your options
- find the resources to help you
- see the obstacles and how to overcome them
We apply an integrated approach to coaching. This means that we bring together a range of perspectives to explore specific questions and issues with our clients. We draw on perspectives gained from management theory, psychology and coaching approaches, as well as the experience of operating at senior levels. These are combined with the insights gained from our coaching experience across a multitude of different organisations.
What is discussed between the client and the coach is entirely confidential. We sometimes recommend that a client shares some aspects of what they have worked on with a colleague, but that is entirely up to them.
You can choose face-to-face or telephone coaching or both, to suit your needs.
